How a call works

Four steps, one payment per call. Each step is shown in the diagrams below.

How it works

Request

The agent calls the premium endpoint for FX deltas.

Pay

The agent signs a USDC payment permit (EIP-3009). No gas is spent by the buyer.

Settle

A relay settles the payment onchain on Celo Sepolia. The transaction carries an ERC-8021 attribution tag.

Receive

The API returns price gaps per corridor and trade signals. Big gaps also trigger Telegram alerts.

The first response is 402 Payment Required, with the amount and the payTo address in the body. Check the health endpoint at /api/fx-delta/health.

What makes it different

Paid per call
Each request is priced in USDC. No subscription and no API key to manage.
No gas for the buyer
The agent only signs. The relay pays gas when it settles.
Onchain attribution
The ERC-8021 tag sits in the settle transaction, so the call can be traced on Blockscout.
Free tier and premium
A free tier shows the corridors. Premium returns full deltas and signals.

What does the agent pay? ▾
A small USDC amount per call, shown in the 402 response. Testnet USDC is used on Celo Sepolia.
Does the agent need gas? ▾
No. The agent signs a payment permit. The relay pays gas when it settles the payment.
Where can I see a payment? ▾
Every settle transaction is on Blockscout, with the attribution tag in its calldata.
Who receives the money? ▾
The FX Delta payTo address listed in the 402 response.
How do I connect my own agent? ▾
Call the premium endpoint, handle the 402, sign the permit, and retry with the payment header.
